Petis is a brown to black processed product with thick, tough and elastic texture. It functions as a mixture added to traditional foods to give a special flavor. The location of the service was determined purposively in the Sekardangan District, Sidoarjo as the partner's place. The location is close to fishponds and factory areas (cold storage), the production scale is small to medium, and the status of the business belongs to individuals. The purpose of the activity is to provide alternative solutions to some of the problems faced by producers so that they can develop continuously. The results of this dedication conclude that: the existence and sustainability of raw materials affect the success of the shrimp paste processing industry, especially the creation of products that have competitiveness in terms of both quantity and quality accuracy. The account management and numbering process facilitates the orderliness of financial data transactions, so that the decisions taken by the owner in developing their business are based on concrete financial conditions. .25,850 while the profit rate is 87.10% due to efficiency in the use of production factor costs.
