The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests, namely the F test and t test. Data obtained through a questionnaire which was stated to 165 employees. From the analysis results obtained the calculated F value of 16,449> F table 4.3874 and tested at a = 5% and prove that the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable. T test results showed that the supervisor variable had the most dominant influence with the largest t count of 6.676> t table 1.98 and with the smallest significance of 0.003. while the regression analysis shows the results of a constant of -9.475 which means that if the independent variables of the Kaizen culture are not considered the employee's performance will decrease by that constant.
